About Semi-Private Flights

A charter broker that explains shared private flights and full charters side by side, and arranges the charter when a whole aircraft is the better fit.

What we do

Semi-Private Flights is an air charter broker. We arrange private charter flights with FAA Part 135 operators, or foreign equivalents abroad, and we explain how semi-private seats compare, so you can choose with the full picture.

We do not sell semi-private seats or name the carriers that run them. When a shared seat suits your trip better than a charter, we say so plainly.

How operators are chosen

Every US charter must be operated under FAA Part 135, which covers maintenance, crew training and crew duty and rest. On top of that we look for third-party audits such as ARGUS ratings, the Wyvern Wingman designation and IS-BAO registration, and you can ask for any operator’s audit status before you book.

Never on offer

  • Owned or operated aircraft: the operator named in your agreement flies the trip.
  • Memberships, deposits or sign-up fees to ask for a quote.
  • Live prices or listings that may not exist on the day.

What to expect

  1. Your request. Route, date, group size and anything unusual: pets, skis, a tight connection.
  2. A straight answer. Charter options with the operator named and an all-in price, or a note that a seat would suit you better.
  3. The agreement. A charter agreement naming the operating carrier and setting out payment, changes and cancellation.
  4. Flight day. Arrive at the private terminal shortly before departure and board with your group only.
All prices on this site are estimates. A booking exists only once a charter agreement is signed, and the operator confirms every aircraft.
