Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Semi-Private Flights. In this policy, “we” means Charter Jet One running Semi-Private Flights.
Data we take in
Only the form fields you fill in, plus two bits of context. The fields are your name, email, phone, route, dates, number of travellers, trip type, notes, and whether you want us to look at semi-private seats too. The context is the page that referred you and any campaign tags, such as utm_medium, carried by your link.
The site never asks for payment cards or identity documents.
Why we need it
- To work out whether a charter suits your trip and, if it does, to price it with operators.
- To book the flight when you go ahead, passing the operator the passenger details it requires.
- To email occasional offers, only if you opted in; opting out takes one reply.
Who else gets it
Operators quoting or flying your trip see the trip and passenger details they need. The companies that run our email and hosting handle data only to provide those services, and the same goes for any ground or catering supplier you ask us to use. We never sell personal data, and advertisers never receive it.
How long we keep it
Open requests stay on file while we work on them, and booked trips for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require. Marketing consent lasts until you withdraw it. After that, records are deleted or anonymized.
Your controls
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion whenever you like. Reply to an email from us, or write the request into the notes of a new quote form, and we will act on it once we have confirmed it is you. Records the law makes us keep are the only exception.
Cookies
Essential only. No analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts run on this site.
Under-16s
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Children’s details reach us only from the adult booking their flight.
Security
Data travels encrypted and is visible only to the people working on your request.
Policy updates
Updated versions are posted here with a new effective date, and they do not reach back to data collected under an older version without your consent.
