Semi-Private Flights is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.

What happens next

  1. We look at the whole trip. Group size, timing, luggage and airports decide whether a whole aircraft makes sense.
  2. We check the operators. Charter options come from FAA Part 135 operators, named in each quote.
  3. You get options by email. Aircraft, flight time and an all-in price including federal excise tax and fees.
  4. You choose, or not. No booking exists until a charter agreement carries your signature.
